Welcome to Masjid Omar Bin Khattab (Texas Islamic Community Center)

In the heart of Richmond, Texas, stands Masjid Omar Bin Khattab, a beacon of faith, education, and community service. Inspired by the teachings of Islam and the exemplary life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), our mosque is more than just a place of worship. It is a vibrant community center dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, learning, and unity.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve as a spiritual, educational, and social hub for Muslims in Richmond and the surrounding areas. We aim to provide a welcoming space for everyone to learn about Islam, grow in their faith, and contribute positively to the wider community. Through our diverse range of services, including Islamic education, youth programs, counseling, and community service initiatives, we strive to cater to the needs of all our members, from the young to the elderly, from new Muslims to those born into the faith.
